Your adventure begins with a visit to Springbank Honey, where you’ll step into the world of New Zealand beekeeping. Learn how honey is produced, discover the role bees play in the local environment, and enjoy tastings of premium honey varieties. A hosted morning tea provides the perfect start to the day.

From here, the journey unfolds into the high country at Glenburn Station. As the landscape opens up, rolling farmland gives way to expansive hills, rugged ridgelines, and uninterrupted views stretching across valleys and distant ranges. This is country where the scale of the land truly reveals itself. Upon arrival, you’ll explore the station with your guide, learning about day-to-day station life, land stewardship, and the unique challenges of farming in this environment. After a final high-country experience, begin the return journey, carrying with you a deeper appreciation for New Zealand’s rural heartland.
