Group Session (1 to 8 athletes’ maximum)
Group sessions are 1 ½ hours working with a qualified Get A Grip coach. Group sessions are kept to an eight athlete maximum to ensure the highest quality training. The focus of the group training is to help the participants to become better all around athletes. All training sessions are conducted by trained professionals with formal training in sports conditioning.

Private 1 0n 1 Sessions
One on one sessions are 1 ½ hours of private training with a qualified Get A Grip coach. Individual training offers more exclusive communication with greater emphasis working on the Athletes Specific Sport. At the conclusion of each session the trainer will review and provide essential feedback for continued improvement. All training sessions are conducted by trained professionals with formal training in sports conditioning.

Team Session
Team sessions are 1 hour working with a qualified Get A Grip coach. Team sessions are designed to train the athletes to perform more effectively as a team. The programs are intended to work on specific drills to help them perform better during the season. All training sessions are conducted by trained professionals with formal training in sports conditioning.

Dynamic Team Session
Session includes 30 minutes to 1 hour of stretching as well as a little movement before games or practice. Session is done during season as well as out of season.

Personal Training
One on one personal training sessions are 1 ½ hours of private training with a qualified Get A Grip coach. These training sessions are for the individual who wishes to maintain or increase their overall level of health and fitness. Each session is designed to help the average person gain a sense of well being while educating them on the proper exercise and diet plan. At the conclusion of each session the trainer will review and provide essential feedback for continued improvement. All training sessions are conducted by trained professionals with formal training in sports conditioning.
